The final survey took a different form and is described in Chap. 10. During each visit to the organization, we presented the results of our earlier analyses in a face-to-face meeting with staff in Head Office (HO). The presentations were also made available on the organization’s intranet and notices were sent to all members of the organization to advise them of their availability.
